 Our Customer Service department is staffed by trained technical
representatives who can assist with questions, comments, or concerns. We
answer both technical and non-technical questions concerning test orders,
procedures, instructions, and results.
Many of our representatives have worked in various laboratory departments
and are specialized medical lab technologists. Our representatives are
friendly, helpful, and outgoing, and they can support you with unique
knowledge and hands-on experience.
We are available by phone 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F PST
and 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturday. |
